Gift of Self

O Lord, all that I have I give to you:

My body is yours. My posture gives reverence to you. I keep my body pure and undefiled. I care for the health of my body. The actions of my body bring glory to you. Every body part belongs to you.

My soul is yours. I do not permit negative or impure thoughts to be entertained in my mind. I speak words of encouragement and love. I turn my thoughts to things above, and see you in the world you have created.

My heart is yours. I do good and avoid evil. I give all of my heart to you to fill with your love. I do not allow other things to be exalted above you.
